Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 small turkey cutlets, thin (approx. 50 g)
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 8 slices of ham (Serrano), wafer-thin
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 16 leaves of sage, fresh
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Turkey rolls with Serrano ham

Wash the schnitzels, pat dry, and flatten, then season with salt and pepper. Spread one side with mustard, then top with ham and sage leaves. Roll up the schnitzels and secure with roulade pins. Brush the finished rolls with olive oil and place them on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
