Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g sausage (paprika salami or chorizo)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp herb(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly using a vegetable slicer. Fry the potato slices in a non-stick pan in hot olive oil, turning occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Peel and finely dice the onion, add it, and sauté briefly until translucent. Peel and dice the sausage, add it, and fry. Put the eggs, milk, and herbs in a bowl, whisk, and pour over the potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat like an omelet. Turn the omelet out. Place a suitably sized flat plate on the pan, hold it in place with your hand, and turn the pan over. To serve, cut the tortilla into cake pieces and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the tortilla pieces lukewarm or cold.
