Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • 50 g margarine
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 75 g walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy spread

Wash the Jerusalem artichokes and then steam or boil them until tender. Drain if desired and puree with margarine, nuts, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
