Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 Berliner
  • 6 cl Amaretto
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Using leftovers for Berliners – quickly and easily spiced up

Cut the doughnuts into cubes and mix with the Amaretto. Cook the pudding according to the instructions and mix with the doughnuts and raisins. Chill in a bowl.
