Jessy's fruity lamb's lettuce with nuts and grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g grapes
  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce or lamb’s lettuce mix
  • 100 g nut mix (honey & salt, cashews, peanuts)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 pack of salad herbs, e.g. garden herbs or for lamb’s lettuce
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp herbal vinegar (seven-herb vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • some water approx. 20 ml

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve them. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes (approx. 1 x 1 cm). Place both in a large bowl with the nuts. Wash the lamb’s lettuce in cold water and dry thoroughly. Add the lettuce to the grape, cheese, and nut mixture. For the dressing, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and mix everything well.
