Vegan: Braised Cabbage with Potato Cubes

- 0,5 White cabbage cut
- 1 cut Onion
- Oil for frying
- Vegetable broth for seasoning
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 diced Carrots
- 7 medium sized Diced potatoes
- Caraway seeds to taste
- 2 cups Filtered water
- 2 cups Freshly ground pepper
- Let the chopped onions turn translucent in the oil, add the chopped cabbage and stew everything.
- Season with vegetable stock, sprinkle with paprika powder and stew the cabbage well.
- Now add the caraway (you can also grind it, if you don’t like it you can leave it out completely) and stew it ready.
- Now add the water, the diced potatoes and carrots, put the lid on and simmer very gently for about 20 to 30 minutes.
