Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 125 g muesli
- 1 large banana(s)
- 1 shot of linseed oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 apple, or other fruit, e.g. kiwi, if desired

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
As a quick breakfast or just because. It’s quick, tasty, and filling.
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I use the smoothie setting twice for this. The amount of milk and muesli can be varied to achieve a thicker or thinner consistency. The other ingredients can, of course, be adjusted to your taste. I prefer the shake cold, so I use the coldest milk possible. I made my own muesli. Ingredients: Organic basic muesli, various oat flakes and seeds, organic crunchies, hazelnuts, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and guarana powder.
