Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 ml juice (jostaberry)
- 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes
Cinnamon gives the jelly a kick
Mix the ingredients together and cook according to the package instructions for the gelling sugar. Test for settling. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Pour the jelly into prepared, boiled jars, seal, and let cool.
