Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g jostaberries
- some lemon juice
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- n. B. Milk for pouring
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Puree the peeled and washed jostaberries with the lemon juice, yogurt, and, if desired, honey or agave syrup, and pour into glasses. If you like, you can top with milk and garnish with a lemon slice.
