Oak leaf lettuce with radishes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • ½ tsp salad herbs
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped or dried
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • some water to pour over

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Wash and slice the radishes. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. If desired, add a little water. Place the lettuce in a bowl or divide it among plates. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and scatter the radishes over the top.
