- 125 g butter, soft
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 65 g flour
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 125 g oat flakes, fine
- 60 g cornflakes
Instructions

Cream the butter with the egg and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Form the dough into small balls and place them well-spaced on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven, at approximately 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). They’re done when they’re nicely browned. After baking, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool. They’ll become firm and crispy. This mixture yields approximately 20 cookies.
