Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 200 g chorizo ​​or smoked Mettwurst
  • 1 jar white beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 liter broth, clear
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Dice the onions and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add the chopped parsley and sauté briefly. Finely chop the sausage and add it as well. Season with plenty of sweet paprika. Add the passata, broth, and diced potatoes. When the potatoes are tender, add the beans and broth. Season with salt, paprika, and pepper. The stew can be easily extended with passata, white beans, potatoes, and broth. It tastes even better reheated the next day!
