Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 g chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 70 g mixed grains of your choice
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped, roasted
  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 60 g oat bran
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tsp, levelled sugar, brown
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g raisins or other dried fruits of your choice
  • 30 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

as a snack or breakfast

Mix all ingredients except the raisins and chocolate sprinkles together. Finally, stir in the raisins and chocolate sprinkles. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Spread the muesli mixture into a silicone muesli bar mold (see photo for my mold). Bake in the hot oven for about 12-14 minutes, then leave in the oven for a few more minutes. Let the bars cool and store in a tin. The specified amount makes 16 bars. Tip: Next time, you can mix all the dry ingredients beforehand and just add the eggs, honey, raisins, and chocolate sprinkles, and it’ll be ready even faster.
