Macaroni with meatballs in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g macaroni or other tubular pasta
  • 1 pack of meatballs (mini meatballs) approx. 500 g, or homemade from fresh minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of Brunch Fine Herbs
  • some rosemary
  • some thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, tasty and quick to make

Cook the macaroni as usual. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a little fat with the rosemary and thyme. Then add the diced leek and the mini meatballs and fry. Then add the cream and brunch and simmer until reduced to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cooked macaroni.
