Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour, gluten-free
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 200 g sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dashes lemon flavoring (lemon flavoring) or the juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Grease a loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Then bake the cake at approximately 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes (may be longer, depending on the oven).
