Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g wheat flour
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar

also as pizza dough, pizza rolls, bread for wine, etc.
Mix the dry yeast in lukewarm water until completely dissolved and the water is cloudy. Measure the flour and mix with the salt, yeast water, and vinegar. Mix the dough with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes. Cover the dough in the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for half an hour, ideally at room temperature (approx. 20°C). Then turn the dough out onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place the tray in a cold oven. Set the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven and bake for 40 minutes. If desired, you can also add olives, bacon, or herbs to the dough. This bread is perfect for a wine-drinking evening. Its character makes it excellent with dry red wines or as a side dish for tapas. The bread is also delicious for breakfast!
