Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cans of pineapple, pieces with juice (850g each)
  • ½ liter orange juice
  • ½ liter pineapple juice
  • 5 lemon(s), the juice
  • 8 packets of vanilla sugar (or a little less to taste)
  • 1 pack lemon(s) – grated peel
  • 5 ml rum flavoring
  • 4 drops of flavoring, lemon oil (only high-quality fragrance oil that is also suitable for food)
  • 2 drops flavoring (green mandarin oil)
  • 1 bottle of mineral water
  • 1 bottle of lemonade, Sprite

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Stir this mixture thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 day. When serving, fill the glass halfway with the fruit juice mixture and the fruit, then top with a mixture of 1/2 soda and 1/2 Sprite – it will fizz like sparkling wine. The non-alcoholic Kaiserbowle tastes best served ice-cold, but without any ice pieces! This non-alcoholic punch was created for the first Kaiserbummel (Kaiser’s Stroll) in Bad Ischl on August 17, 2005 – the inspiration came from the Kaiserbowle recipe at www.chefkoch.de.
