  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ cup crème fraîche

Instructions

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the sausage. Peel and finely chop the onion. Make a marinade with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and the crème fraîche. Pour it over the salad and let it marinate. Wash and chop the parsley, add it, and stir well. We love to eat this salad with buttered bread on hot days.
