Wild garlic cappuccino

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 100 ml cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the wild garlic and cook gently in the butter. Add the cream and simmer slightly, then puree the mixture in a blender. Return to the pot and pour in hot milk (preferably with frothed milk). Bring back to a boil briefly, stir, and season to taste with pepper, salt, nutmeg, and a little lemon juice, if desired. Simple, yet delicious!
