Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g kale / jar or frozen
  • 3 sausages (Mettwurst or Kohlwurst)
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 100 g cheese (grated Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place kale from a jar or thawed in an ovenproof dish, cut the Mettwurst or Kohlwurst into not-too-thick slices, and arrange on top. Peel and wash the potatoes, coarsely grate them, and spread them on top of the sausage. Chop the onion and arrange them on top of the potatoes. Add the mixture of sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and granulated stock (season to taste) to these ingredients. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
