Semolina porridge with vanilla and rum raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp raisins, pickled in rum and vanilla (flavoring is also possible)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with sugar, salt, and raisins. Slowly stir in 3 heaped tablespoons of semolina and continue cooking for one more minute. Done!
