Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 660 g kale, from the jar
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • butter
  • 850 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 Bockwurst
  • nutmeg and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Chop the garlic and sauté in butter. Add the potatoes, carrots, and onions and sauté. Add the kale, pour in the broth, and cook until soft. Purée thoroughly with a hand blender, then stir in the sour cream and sweet cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and a pinch of sugar. Serve vegetarian or slice in one sausage per person.
