Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g egg(s) (weigh)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 cl eggnog
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from the ingredients. Finally, fold in the eggnog. Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins and bake at 180°C on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Finally, lightly dust with powdered sugar. Tip: Eggnog can also be substituted with almond, cherry, peach, or lemon liqueur.
