Kale with Fillet

  • 800 g Canned kale
  • 500 ml Sausage soup
  • 500 g Pork fillet head
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 Grated apple
  1. Boil the kale in the sausage soup until soft, takes about 45 minutes, after about 20 minutes add the fillet and the grated apple to the pan and cook until soft. Finally, season with nutmeg. Cut the meat into thick strips and serve with boiled potatoes.
