Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon fillets, fresh
- 8 m.-sized shrimp(s), fresh
- 1 m.-large shallot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- e.g. salt and pepper
- olive oil
- rosemary
- sage
- Parsley
- some butter flakes
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 1 small lemon(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely dice the shallot and garlic. Rub the shallot and garlic all over the salmon fillet and shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and place in an oiled baking dish. Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle over the top. Top with butter flakes and pour in the white wine. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice. A light summer dish that also tastes great in winter. Serve with freshly baked bread and a colorful salad, or tagliatelle pasta.
