- 120 g brown sugar
- 60 g paprika powder
- 15 g black pepper
- 15 g chili powder
- 15 g salt
- 15 g garlic powder
- 15 g onion powder
- 5 g cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Classic rub for spare ribs
Mix the ingredients. Sprinkle the rub evenly and evenly over the spare ribs and pat the seasoning in. Wrap the ribs in cling film and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
