Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g king prawns (King Prawns Provencal)
- 125 g rice
- salt water
- 100 g herb butter
- 1 can peas with carrots (130 g drained weight)
- e.g. freshly chopped parsley

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with king prawns
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Then, cook the king prawns in a large pan according to the package instructions, so they are cooked at the same time as the rice. Add the cooked and drained rice to the pan with the king prawns, along with the drained vegetables and herb butter. Mix everything well until the herb butter has melted. Finally, sprinkle the parsley over the rice. Serve with baguette or a fresh salad.
