Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 900 g boneless smoked pork (in one piece)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple (from the can)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the smoked pork on oiled aluminum foil, seal the foil, and place the package in the preheated oven. Cook for approximately 60 to 50 minutes. Mix the mustard with the honey. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, open the foil, cut the smoked pork four times, brush with the mustard and honey mixture, and insert a pineapple slice into each cut. Reseal the foil and finish cooking. Arrange on a warmed platter and serve with potato croquettes and lettuce.
