Garlic spaghetti

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • some salt
  • 200 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • Parmesan, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil, mash the garlic, and add it to the hot oil, also cooking briefly. When the spaghetti is done, drain the water and add the garlic oil to the pasta. Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the pasta. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
