Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of smoked pork (comb)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 200 ml cream
- 250 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 small leek(s), cut into rings
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Place the smoked pork slices in a baking dish. Arrange the mushrooms, pineapple, and leeks on top. Mix the cream with the paprika sauce and spread over the ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes. Serve with baguette, rice, and pasta.
