Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 500 g onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 500 g mushrooms
- 900 g smoked pork
- 6 tomatoes
- 125 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, wash, and roughly dice the potatoes. Pre-cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Peel and quarter the onions and slice the bell peppers. Season the meat with a little pepper and place it in the center of an ovenproof dish or roasting pan. Arrange the potatoes, onion quarters, and bell pepper strips around the meat, season with a little seasoning, and drizzle with oil. Roast in the oven at 225-240 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and tomato quarters and cook for another 10 minutes.
