Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg smoked pork, no comb
- 500 g hash browns
- 300 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 400 ml cream
- 200 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the meat into small cubes and sear. Then spread it on a baking sheet. Crumble the hash browns and spread them on top. Mix the crème fraîche and cream and pour over the meat and hash browns. Place in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes.
