Kasseler Pan
The perfect kasseler pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Triplets
- 1 small Zucchini
- 6 Cherry date tomatoes
- 1 size Onion
- 200 g Kasseler
- Oil
- 50 ml White wine
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 100 ml Milk or cream
- 1 tablespoon Mustard grainy
- Pepper
- Wash the potatoes and cook in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes, drain and cut in half.
- Wash the vegetables well, cut the tomatoes in half, slice the zucchini, peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Now wash off the smoked pork, pat dry, cut into cubes and fry all around in a pan with hot oil, remove.
- Now put the potatoes in the pan and stir-fry for about 10 minutes until golden, shortly before the end of the roasting time, add the zucchini and the remaining onions.
- Finally fold in the smoked pork and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper
- For the sauce, sauté half of the onions in a saucepan with hot oil, deglaze with the wine and simmer a little.
- Stir in the milk (cream), mustard and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the smoked pork on a plate and serve some sauce.
