Bratwurst Pan with Vegetables

The perfect bratwurst pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Coarse sausages
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 1 bag Raw food mix
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Maggi light sauce
  • Salt pepper
  • Pasta
  1. Fry the sausages until they are easy to cut into slices. Then take the sausages out and cut them into slices, put them in the pan again and fry them. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
  2. When the sausage slices are fried add the cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the paprika and raw vegetables mix and simmer a little, then stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Finally, stir in the two tablespoons of light sauce powder and let everything simmer for a few more minutes. As a side dish, if necessary, prepare pasta according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sausage pan.
