Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of boneless smoked pork
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Fry the smoked pork slices in a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add the diced apples and fry over low heat for about 7 minutes, seasoning everything with salt and pepper. Remove the smoked pork from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the apples with the broth, stir in the mustard, and season to taste. Return the smoked pork slices to the pan and let them simmer briefly. Boiled potatoes go well with this.
