Kassler in Bread Dough
The perfect kassler in bread dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilogram Kassel roast salmon
- 1 kilogram For the bread ……
- 410 g Wheat flour type 1050
- 70 g Rye flour
- 10 g Salt
- 300 ml Water
- 1,5 tbsp Vinegar
- 1,5 tsp Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Bread spice
- Put all the ingredients for the bread in the bread maker and start the ‘Dough’ program.
- After about 2 hours, remove the dough and roll it out on the floured work surface.
- Put the kasseler on top and knock it into the dough. Brush the edges with water and glue them together nicely.
- Sprinkle flour on the dough as desired.
- Let it rest for an hour in a warm place.
- Bake at 160 degrees for about 70 minutes.
- I serve red cabbage with it ….. enjoy your meal.
