Breakfast Bread with Crispy Brittle

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 7,5 g Salt
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 150 g Quark lean
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1,5 tsp Dry yeast
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients except the hazelnut brittle in the bread maker.
  • Select the 'normal with raisins' program, add the brittle after the signal.
  • At the end of the program, remove the bread and let it cool down.
  • Spread with chocolate cream it tastes very tasty, but I also like it on its own.
