Breakfast Bread with Crispy Brittle

The perfect breakfast bread with crispy brittle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 7,5 g Salt
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 150 g Quark lean
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1,5 tsp Dry yeast
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  1. Put all ingredients except the hazelnut brittle in the bread maker.
  2. Select the ‘normal with raisins’ program, add the brittle after the signal.
  3. At the end of the program, remove the bread and let it cool down.
  4. Spread with chocolate cream it tastes very tasty, but I also like it on its own.
