Breakfast Bread with Crispy Brittle
The perfect breakfast bread with crispy brittle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Wheat flour type 550
- 7,5 g Salt
- 40 g Sugar
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 150 g Quark lean
- 100 ml Milk
- 1,5 tsp Dry yeast
- 100 g Hazelnut brittle
- Put all ingredients except the hazelnut brittle in the bread maker.
- Select the ‘normal with raisins’ program, add the brittle after the signal.
- At the end of the program, remove the bread and let it cool down.
- Spread with chocolate cream it tastes very tasty, but I also like it on its own.
