Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, rectangular
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 1 vine tomato(s)
  • 1 handful of olives, black
  • ¼ pack of feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season the crème fraîche with freshly ground salt and pepper and spread it evenly on the puff pastry. Dice the onion, tomato, bell pepper, olives, feta, and any herbs. Top the tarte flambée first with the onion and then with the remaining ingredients. Season again with salt and pepper. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Enjoy warm or cold with salad.
