  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ onion(s), cut into wedges
  • 1 garlic clove(s), cut into wedges
  • ½ bunch spring onion(s), sliced ​​into rings
  • ¾ bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Black cumin
  • Thyme
  • rosemary
  • oregano

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and fry in butter and oil for about 8 minutes. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
