Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ onion(s), cut into wedges
- 1 garlic clove(s), cut into wedges
- ½ bunch spring onion(s), sliced into rings
- ¾ bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Black cumin
- Thyme
- rosemary
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel the potatoes and fry in butter and oil for about 8 minutes. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper strips, garlic, onions, and spring onions and fry for another 4 minutes. Season everything, using plenty of thyme. Push the contents of the pan into small piles and top with sliced mozzarella. Cover and let the cheese melt for about 3 minutes.
