Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml kefir, fresh
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp condensed milk, sweetened, caramelized (dulce de leche or caramel or honey)
- 2 tbsp sugar or raw sugar
- 1 tbsp, crushed cinnamon powder, optionally
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
fruity, healthy and delicious with homemade kefir
Separate the kefir from the kefir spore, then place it in a blender. Peel and roughly slice the banana, then add it to the milk. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes.
