Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • ½ apple
  • 1 date(s), fresh
  • 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine , or spelt flakes
  • 50 ml kefir
  • 150 ml oat milk (oat drink) (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 4 walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Blend the banana, apple, date, spelt or oat flakes with the oat milk, kefir, and a pinch of cinnamon in a blender. Gently heat the mixture in a saucepan and let it swell slightly. Serve with walnuts.
