Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- ½ apple
- 1 date(s), fresh
- 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine , or spelt flakes
- 50 ml kefir
- 150 ml oat milk (oat drink) (vanilla flavor)
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 4 walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Blend the banana, apple, date, spelt or oat flakes with the oat milk, kefir, and a pinch of cinnamon in a blender. Gently heat the mixture in a saucepan and let it swell slightly. Serve with walnuts.
