Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 80 ml water
- 180 ml milk
- 3 tbsp Skyr, alternatively yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- some salt
- possibly fruit and nuts to taste
- possibly cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Simmer the oat flakes with water and milk over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Mash the banana with a fork and stir it into the porridge along with the skyr. Add the cinnamon powder and salt and garnish with fruit, nuts, cinnamon, and sugar, if desired. Tip: For a different variation, replace the cinnamon with cocoa and add chocolate drops.
