Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml kefir
- 200 ml water, hot
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 450 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml sour cream
- possibly oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
simple, for about 15 pieces
Mix the eggs with the kefir thoroughly. Then add the flour and mix until smooth. Then add the hot water, sugar, and a pinch of salt one after the other. This should form a batter that isn’t too thick. Heat a small frying pan, brush lightly with oil if necessary, and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. You’ll make about 15 pancakes. Serve with sour cream.
