Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 300 g flour, sifted
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g margarine or butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tbsp cherry brandy
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g marzipan paste
- 100 g jam, raspberry without seeds
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with fruit kick
Beat the margarine, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Grate the marzipan and stir in. Add the kirsch. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Stir to form a smooth dough. Roll the dough into balls, each about 3cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to make a well in the center. Stir the jam until smooth and transfer to a freezer bag. Cut off a corner and fill the wells with the jam. Bake the kisses in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
