Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g almonds, ground
- 30 g baking cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- some salt
- 130 ml liquid coconut oil
- 125 ml milk or almond/oat drink
- 250 g stevia or erythritol (or non-keto: 100 ml honey/agave syrup)
- 80 g yogurt
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- some erythritol (powdered sugar substitute)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix the dry ingredients and add all the remaining ingredients. Then grease a 26cm springform pan and line it with baking paper. Pour in the batter.
