  • ½ pack of cream of tartar baking powder

  • 200 ml water, very hot

Instructions

low carb, approx. 4 rolls

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine all the dry ingredients and add the egg whites. Mix everything together well. The egg whites don’t need to be beaten. Then slowly add the hot water, stirring constantly, to give the dough the right consistency. Form 4-5 rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle a few flaxseeds or sesame seeds on the rolls, if desired. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes. They can also be frozen and then quickly reheated or toasted. If you make four rolls, one roll has 344 kcal. Less than 4 g of carbohydrates per serving.
