- 250 g quark
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 dash of lemon or orange juice
- some stevia or other sweetener
- 1 pinch of salt
- some lemon peel or orange peel, untreated, grated

Separate the egg. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Beat the egg yolks and then stir them into the quark until smooth. Add a dash of fresh lemon or orange juice, as well as the zest for a richer flavor. Mix everything together and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. This creates a fluffy mixture that’s very filling.
