Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter
- 1 cup(s) cane sugar, or less
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 ¾ cup(s) flour, mixed with whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 bars of Kinder chocolate, large bars or a pack of small bars
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
1 cup holds 200 ml. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and beat until creamy. Mix in the egg and salt, gradually adding the flour. Finally, stir in the Kinder chocolate. Form ping-pong ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between the cookies and press the balls flat. The cookies will spread quite a bit and need about 8-9 minutes to stay moist. They will come out of the oven very soft but will harden after baking. Don’t overbake, or they’ll lose their charm. They taste best lukewarm, when the chocolate is still soft. Instead of Kinder chocolate, you can also make the cookies with 100 g of dark chocolate.
