Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g king oyster mushrooms
- 120 g spring onion(s), chopped
- 120 ml red wine (Muscadel red)
- 1 tsp Maggi
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise. Finely chop the spring onions. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. First, lightly fry the onions over medium heat. Then add the mushrooms and increase the heat. Once the mushrooms have browned, add all the other ingredients and simmer.
