Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- herbs, Italian, frozen

as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course
Cut the zucchini into approximately 1 cm thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Season with salt. Crush the feta cheese and mix with the sour cream. Crush the garlic clove and stir in. Season with frozen herbs, salt, and pepper. Add a pinch of sugar. Spread the mixture over the zucchini slices. Then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes.
